We wanted to let you know how much we are enjoying our new walkway and landscaping. Enclosed are some “before and after” pictures which show the difference, The front of our home has been transformed from overgrown and outdated to a new refreshed, clean look. Your recommendation to do the work in three phases 1) removal 2) walkway 3) landscaping, was good idea.
The workmanship on the walkway was professionally done as you said it would be. The plants you selected are healthy and nice sized. We are watering them regularly and they are doing nicely. Flowering plants are either in bloom or getting buds.
We found your crew of men to work steadily when they were here and did a nice job in putting don the mulch in the back and side yard.
Your sign is still displayed and we have told several neighbors about your work. Suggest you stop by sometime to pick up your sign and see at how nice everything looks.

Just a brief not to compliment your boys.
Robert is a perfect representative for your business. He knows what has to be done, explains the treatment, and does his job whatever it may be. He is good about letting me know when he is coming and has even shifted his route to accommodate my presence. Obviously I give him a great thumbs up.
Last time when Craig Jr. was here I was impressed that he stopped spreading to as me if I wanted him to use the to seed in our back are that does not receive any sun. I agreed not to do so and that I would throw out some cheap seed I had. M point is that he though enough to question, rather than just taken the easy route wasting a better quality product.
The third member of your crew, whom I do not know, is impressive in that as soon as the truck pulls up, he immediately goes to work. Apparently he has been employed by you for some time and knows his job well. He does not stop until he is satisfied that it is properly done. Good man.
Since they ill not be here in December, I would appreciate it if you would distribute the enclosed gift to them.

Thank you very much for sending Craig Jr. He and the crew did a magnificent job doing just what I wanted. The swale has been leveled out such there no longer is a deep rut. Most of the water ran off during the last rain. There are three areas that retained water but I expected they will soak up and dry.
I now look forward to having some of your crew finish the remainder of the back and front lawns either by top dressing (two yards?) or plugging and raking, plus seeding and what ever.
Craig also suggested that I could use two yards of 3/8” res stone by my Bilco door.
